The challenge

To supply Deionised grade 2 Laboratory water to serve 30 lab taps and 2 Autoclaves at Darlington University. Consisted of over 1 kilometer of 1″ ABS pipework and due to the nature of dionised water,  short radius bends had to be used to increase flow rates and minimise any potential contamination points that are caused by more tradition pipework 90° elbows.
